~E-Mail ~

You might possibly already have a business e-mail through Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail, etc.  You may only have a personal e-mail and are using that for business.  The right email can make you look more professional and help you get more business.  It's also fun to have an e-mail (or several) that match your website, [email protected].  It can cost you nothing or a minimal monthly amount. 

I know a man that owns and runs his own company.  He has a website.  He has several e-mail addresses for his business.  It looks like he runs a HUGE business.  It is ONLY him.  All the e-mails forward to one e-mail.
Having a lot of email addresses can be hard to juggle.  There are several resources out there to help you with this.  Several programs are available that let all your e-mails come to one source, so you can easily manage them all from one spot. 

You can also have your website e-mails "forwarded" to your main email address for easier management.

If you have several people, employees, family members that are part of your business you may want each of them to have their own e-mail.

Here are a few options for e-mail for your business:

  • Yahoo and Gmail offer personal emails.  You can also create a business e-mail, but the tag will be your [email protected].
  • Google offers emails for your business at a cost of $5 per e-mail.  
  • Weebly offers emails forwarded to personal accounts at a small cost of $5 per 10 e-mails if you register through them.
  • You can create an unlimited number of e-mails for free with Bluehost if your website is registered and hosted by them.  They have three-mail carriers to choose from.  They are basic and fairly easy to use, but not as user friendly as Yahoo and Gmail.
